Annie's Crab Meat Spread
Ingredients:
- 1 cup backfin crab meat, flaked
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- dash Tabasco
- paprika
Preparation Instructions:
Place all ingredients in blender and mix well. Arrange in small serving bowl, sprinkle with paprika. Chill and serve with crackers, party rye bread or small bread sticks.
» This appetizer is easy to make up ahead of time. Serve it as a snack with beverages. It is luscious.
