Annie's Crab Meat Spread

A chilled backfin crab meat and cream cheese spread recipe

This appetizer is easy to make up ahead of time.

• 1 cup backfin crab meat, flaked
• ½ tablespoon lemon juice
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• dash pepper
• ½ teaspoon dry mustard
• 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
• dash Tabasco
• paprika

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and mix well.

Transfer to a small serving bowl. Sprinkle with paprika. Chill and serve with crackers, party rye bread or small bread sticks.
