Annie's Crab Meat Spread
A chilled backfin crab meat and cream cheese crab spread recipe
This appetizer is easy to make up ahead of time.
- 1 cup backfin crab meat, flaked
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- dash Tabasco
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Transfer to a small serving bowl. Sprinkle with paprika. Chill and serve with crackers,
party rye bread or small bread sticks.
