Broiled Fish in Mayonnaise Sauce

    Ingredients:
  • 3 1/2 pounds trout
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

Preparation Instructions:

Rinse fish in cold water; salt and pepper to taste. Place fish on broiling pan. Combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Spread over fish. Sprinkle Old Bay over top. Broil approximately 20 minutes 2 rack settings from broiler.
