Broiled Fish in Mayonnaise Sauce
- 3½ pounds trout
- salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Rinse fish in cold water. Place fish on broiling pan. salt and pepper to taste.
Combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Spread over fish. Sprinkle Old Bay over top.
Broil approximately 20 minutes 2 rack settings from broiler.
