Cheesy Crab Dip
A crab meat and cream cheese hot crab dip recipe
- 1 lb. lump crabmeat
- 1 8-oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
- ½ c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp. dry mustard
- Pinch garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- ½ c. grated Cheddar cheese
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise or Miracle Whip, lemon
juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and garlic salt until smooth. Add enough milk to make the mixture creamy.
Stir in half of the grated cheese.
Fold the crabmeat into the cheese mixture. Pour into a 1 quart casserole. Top with the
remaining cheese and bake at 325 degrees until the dip is bubbly and browned, about 30 minutes.
Serve with Sociables or other crackers.
