This recipe was tied for Fourth Place as Junior Range Winner at the 1972 National Hard Crab Derby in Crisfield, MD.

- 1 package elbow macaroni
- 1 pound claw crab meat
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can string beans
- dash of pepper
- grated cheese of your choice
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Mix in crab meat, mushroom soup and string beans. Season to taste. Pour into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Top with grated cheese and bake 5-10 more minutes.
