Fried Buckrams

1 egg, beaten
½ cup flour
½ cup evaporated milk
½ teaspoon celery seed
½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
1 dozen buckram soft crabs

Mix first six ingredients to make thick batter. Dip crabs in batter and deep-fry until golden brown.
