Matt's Crab Casserole

  • 4 Tablespoon A-1 sauce
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of red pepper
  • Dash of black pepper
  • 1 pound egg noodles
  • 1 pound backfin crab meat
  • 1½ cup milk
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup corn starch

Cook egg noodles until tender.

Take milk and heat. Add flour and corn starch. Thicken and then set aside.

Mix crab meat and noodles to thickened milk. Mix in sauces and salt and pepper to taste. Bake in oven at 375 degrees.

Cheese sauce (optional): 1 stick of margarine or butter. Half pound of any mild cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Melt cheese and butter in double boiler. Season and pour over casserole before baking.
