Pineapple Crab Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 pound backfin crab meat
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 hard-cooked egg, diced
- 1/4 cup green pepper
- 1/2 cup salad dressing
- 1 small can pineapple chunks
Preparation Instructions:
Combine ingredients, chill and serve. Serves 4 to 6.
