Matt's Fried Softshell Crabs
Ingredients:
  • 12 cleaned hotel softshell crabs
  • salt and pepper
  • flour
  • butter for frying
Preparation Instructions:
Dry crabs with paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lightly coat with flour. Cook crabs in fry pan, in just enough fat to prevent sticking, until browned; about 5 minutes on each side. Makes 6 servings.

» If desired, crabs may be deep fried at 375 degrees for 2 to 3 minutes or until browned.
