Preparation Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, adding the crab meat last. In a frying pan, heat 1/2 cup of butter. Drop the fritter mixture by large spoonfuls into the hot butter. Fry to a golden brown, turning once. This makes 8 to 12 servings.
