Katie's Crab Soup
In large saucepan, cook diced onion in butter until tender. Add cream of potato soup, water and milk. Stir and cook 3 minutes, to boiling point. Add crab meat and cook approximately another 3 minutes. Add salt, parsley and Old Bay seasoning. Serves 4.
