Coated Crab Cakes Expresso
  • 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • bacon fat for frying
  • 1 envelope barbecue mix for chicken
  • 2 teaspoons seafood seasoning
  • 1/4 cup self-rising flour
Mix crab meat, salt and pepper together and pat mixture into cakes. Mix flour, barbecue mix and seafood seasoning together. Coat crab cakes with flour mixture and fry in bacon fat until brown. Serves 8.
