Dandee Crab Cakes
  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 1/2 green pepper (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
  • 1/2 onion (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 2 dashes of Accent
Mix together lightly; make into balls and roll in cracker crumbs. Let chill and fry in deep fat. Serves 6.
