Baked Crab Casserole
  • 1 pound backfin crab meat
  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Soften cheese to room temperature. Mix ingredients in the order listed. Add only 1/4 cup of the grated cheese to mixture. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve with crackers.
