  • soft crabs, as many as you need
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil
Using scissors, remove eyes and mouth, apron, dead men and fat from under the back shell. Wash thoroughly. Roll in flour; lightly salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil over medium-high heat until brown. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
