Fried Buckrams
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dozen buckram soft crabs
Mix all ingredients to make thick batter. Dip crabs in batter and deep-fry until golden brown.
