Mrs. Duty's Crab Casserole
  • 1 lb. lump crab meat (drained)
  • 1 1/2 cups Hellmans mayonnaise
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 3 Tablespoons strained capers
Mix mayonnaise and half and half together; beat egg in; add crabmeat, croutons, and capers. Put in casserole dish and sprinkle heavily over top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Serves 6.
