Crabwich Spread
  • 1 pound claw crab meat
  • 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons green pepper (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix well; may add more mayonnaise if spread isn't loose enough; don't make too loose. Make flavorite egg salad; spread both mixtures on prepared day old unsliced loaf of bread. Cut bread horizontally in 4 slices. Place slices flat; spread with mixture; top with another slice of bread; spread with cream cheese; last slice of bread; and wrap in foil until chilled or ready to serve; garnish as desired. Place on tray; serves about 10 when thinly sliced.
