Crab Meat Dip Delight
  • 1-8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound backfin crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Combine all ingredients except crab; blend with electric blender. Fold in crab.
This recipe is credited to Agnes Wooten and was the First Place Cold Plate Winner in the 1972 National Hard Crab Derby in Crisfield, MD.
