Quickie Crab Pickers Spread
  • 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1 package (6 to 10 ounces) Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish mustard
  • chopped parsley (garnish)
  • assorted chips, crackers or raw vegetables
Remove any shell or cartilage from crab meat. Combine crab meat, salad dressing mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and horseradish mustard; chill if desired. Garnish with parsley. Serve with crackers, chips or vegetables. Makes approximately 3 cups spread.
