Artichoke & Crab Meat Salad
  • 1 cup diced cooked artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup backfin crab meat
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup tomato catsup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
Mix artichokes and crab meat and chill. Whip cream and combine with mayonnaise, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Chill. When ready to serve, combine sauce with the artichoke and crab mixture. Serves 6.
Prepare this salad early in the day and it will be ready to serve for dinner.
