George's Crab Meat Salad
1-6 1/2 ounce can crab meat, or 1/2 pound
1/4 cup celery, chopped
dash of salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Place all ingredients in a small bowl; toss well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
