  • 1 pound backfin crab meat
  • 1/3 stalk celery
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
Mix ingredients together. Chill, and put in center of quartered home-grown tomatoes. Serves 4.
