Tropical Crab Salad
  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning salt
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped firm avocado
Mix the salad dressing, sour cream, wine, seasoning salt, and the lemon peel with a wire whisk. Combine the avocado, pepper, onion, and crab meat. Fold in dressing. Serve on red leaf lettuce with tropical fruit condiments. Serves 4.
