Crab Pot Inn Crab Bisque
Melt butter and saute 1/2 cup diced onion and 1/2 cup diced celery in skillet and add the remaining ingredients. Simmer until steaming. Serves 6 to 8.
This thick, rich soup, whether served alone or as part of a complete meal, is sure to be a conversation piece. I have found it to be perfectly reheatable for a late night snack.
