Smith Island Crab Dip
Ingredients:
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- dash of garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 pound backfin crab meat
Preparation Instructions:
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Gently stir in crab meat. Spread in baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
