Thousand Island Dressing

• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 1 tablespoon pickle relish juice

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, and pickle juice. Add just enough ketchup and pickle juice to turn the dressing pale orange. Add a teaspoon of pickle relish, if you like it chunky. Whisk together until smooth. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 days in a well-sealed container.

Makes ½ cup.
