Flash Frozen Shrimp
Handling and Preparation Instructions
To cook frozen shrimp, drop them frozen into boiling stock or water and when the stock comes to a boil again, cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain at once to prevent overcooking. Serve immediately with cocktail sauce for dipping. For more recipes, please refer to Crab Place recipes section.
Flash Frozen Shrimp Shelf Life:
- Thawed: will last up to 3 days in the refrigerator
- Frozen: will last up to 6 months in the freeze
- Once cooked: will last up to 3 days in the refrigerator
