Handling and Preparation Instructions

To prepare flash frozen fish, thaw it in the refrigerator overnight. In a casserole dish, combine a cup of white wine, a dash of salt and pepper, a few pads of melted butter and drizzle it over the fish. Bake at 400° until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. The flesh of the fish should be opaque and separate easily. Serve immediately. Fresh Fish Shelf Life:
  • Thawed: will last up to 3 days in the refrigerator
  • Frozen: will last up to 6 months in the freezer
  • Once cooked: will last up to 3 days in the refrigerator
