Handling and Preparation Instructions

To cook, drop the shrimp into boiling stock or water and when the stock comes to a boil again, cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the heat before they curl up. Drain at once to prevent overcooking. Serve immediately with cocktail sauce for dipping. For more recipes, please refer to Crab Place recipes section.

Fresh Shrimp Shelf Life:
  • Fresh: will last up to 3 days in the refrigerator
  • Frozen: will last up to 6 months in the freezer
  • Once cooked: will last up to 3 days in the refrigerator
