Handling and Preparation Instructions

Do not thaw before cooking. Frozen breaded seafood keeps for up to 6 months in the freezer. After cooked, it can keep for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. For more recipes, please refer to Crab Place recipes section. The methods of preparation are:

Deep Fry

Deep Fry from a frozen state at 350°F until golden brown, approximately 90 seconds. Do not thaw before cooking. Be careful not to burn.

Premium Breaded Clam Strip Shelf Life:
  • Frozen: will last up to 6 months in the freezer
  • Once cooked: will last up to 3 days in the refrigerator
