Melt butter in pan and saute peppers until soft. Add cream and seasonings and cook until thickened. Gently mix in the crab meat and bread crumbs. Transfer to a buttered casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Serves 6.
