Blend together mayonnaise, chili sauce, olive oil, wine vinegar, onion and cream. Season to taste with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and cayenne. Stir and chill until ready to serve. Add flaked crab meat to sauce and fold in gently. Place on lettuce and arrange with tomato quarters and sliced eggs. Serves 6.
