Print Maryland crab and seafood recipes from
Chopstick Crab
  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 cup Half & Half
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup salted cashews
Break crab meat into bowl; sprinkle lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce over crab; toss gently. Add celery, onion, cashews and 1 cup of noodles into the soup. Add Half and Half. Toss lightly with crab meat. Place in individual crab or shell dishes. Sprinkle remaining noodles on top, and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with mandarin orange sections. Serves 4 or 5; very nice for a special lunch or dinner.
