  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • juice of half lemon
  • 1 pound backfin crab meat
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • paprika
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley

Heat the butter and juice of half a lemon in skillet. Add the crab meat, salt and pepper. Shake skillet to mingle flavors. When mixture is hot, dust with paprika and garnish with parsley. Serve on slices of buttered toast. Serves 4.
