  • frozen haddock
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons salt
  • melted butter
Boil haddock in water with vinegar and salt for 15 minutes. Fresh haddock requires less time. Drain haddock and place on broiling pan. Put under broiler until lightly browned, just a few minutes. Serve with melted butter and it tastes just like lobster.
