Debbie's Shrimp Salad
  • 2 cans shrimp, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon (approx.) evaporated milk
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt
  • dash of Old Bay seasoning
Mix together mustard, mayonnaise, evaporated milk, vinegar and sugar until smooth. Add shrimp, celery and mashed eggs. Add salt and a little Old Bay if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
