Shrimp & Crab Meat Salad
  • 1 pound cooked, deveined shrimp
  • 1 pound fresh jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cup potato chips (crushed)
  • paprika
Mix all ingredients except potato chips and paprika. Sprinkle with crushed chips and sprinkle paprika just before serving. Serve on lettuce. Yields 12 servings.
