Seafood Seasoning

• 1 tablespoon ground bay leave
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon table salt
• 2 teaspoons celery seed
• 1½ teaspoons dry mustard
• 1½ teaspoons black pepper
• 1 teaspoon ground mace
• ½ teaspoon ground cloves
• ½ teaspoon ground ginger
• ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
• ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom

Mix all the ingredients until well combined. Store for up to 6 months in a well sealed container.

Makes ½ cup.
