Crab Meat Almond
A crab meat, mushroom and almond crab casserole recipe

This recipe tied for Fourth Place in the Junior Division in the 1972 National Hard Crab Derby in
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- whole almonds
- 3 tablespoons chopped almonds
- 1 minced onion
- 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- dash of red pepper
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- dash of mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup grated cheese
Mix all the ingredients together except the whole almonds and the grated cheese.
Put the mixture in a baking dish. Cover the top with the cheese and place the almonds
around the sides.
Bake one half hour or until brown at 350 degrees.
