Crab Meat Dip Delight

A crab meat and cream cheese crab dip recipe

This recipe was the First Place Cold Plate Winner in the 1972 National Hard Crab Derby in Crisfield, MD.

• 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 pound backfin crab meat
• 2 tablespoons chopped onion
• ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Combine all the ingredients except the crab. Blend with an electric blender. Fold in the crab.
