Spice Rub

• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon gray sea salt
• 1 tablespoon dried parsley
• 1 tablespoon dried thyme
• 1½ teaspoons black pepper
• ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Use immediately or store for up to 3 months.

Makes ½ cup.
