George's Crab Meat Salad

• 1 6½ ounce can crab meat, or ½ pound fresh crab meat
• ¼ cup celery, chopped
• dash of salt
• ½ teaspoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Place all ingredients in a small bowl. Toss well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
