Betty Rae's Crab Melt

    Ingredients:
  • 4 split toasted English muffins
  • 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon seafood dressing
  • 4 slices Velveeta Mexican process cheesee

Preparation Instructions:

Combine crab meat with mayonnaise and seasoning. Pile mixture on 8 halves of English muffins. Place on baking sheet and place under broiler for 5 minutes or until crab is bubbling hot. Remove and top each with 1/2 slice of cheese and put back under broiler until melted.
