Back Creek Crab Pie
A spicy crab dip recipe made with cream cheese and powerful seasonings.
- 1 8-ounce package soft cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- ¾ teaspoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
- ½ cup chili sauce
- ½ cup catsup
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
Combine cream cheese, chopped onion and Old Bay. Spread evenly on a platter. Refrigerate covered with plastic wrap.
Mix remaining ingredients except crab meat and crackers. Spread over cheese. Top with crab meat just before serving. Serve with crackers.
Serves 6 to 8.
