Princess Anne Crab Dip
A crab meat and cream cheese hot crab dip recipe
Good with chips.
- ¼ pound butter
- 2 8-ounce blocks of cream cheese
- 1 pound backfin crab meat
- Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce to taste
Melt the butter in a chafing dish or fondue dish. Add the cheese and let melt, stirring occasionally.
Fold in the crab meat. Add the Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
Serve hot on crackers and melba toast directly from the dish.
Continue to stir occasionally. Serves 16 to 20.
