Spice Rub
Home-blended rubs are better than store-bought. They also make great gifts. Pack it in a mason jar, to preserve the flavor and for a nice presentation.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon gray sea salt
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1½ teaspoons black pepper
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Use immediately or store for up to 3 months. Makes ½ cup.
