Crab Meat Dip Delight

    Ingredients:
  • 1-8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound backfin crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Preparation Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except crab; blend with electric blender. Fold in crab.

» This recipe is credited to Agnes Wooten and was the First Place Cold Plate Winner in the 1972 National Hard Crab Derby in Crisfield, MD.
