Megan's Crab Salad

    Ingredients:
  • 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons green pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed

Preparation Instructions:

Mix mayonnaise, salt, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, parsley flakes and celery seed until well blended. Add crab meat, onion and green pepper. Toss lightly with fork.
