Quickie Crab Pickers Spread
A quick crab meat and sour cream crab dip or spread recipe
This recipe is for the hostess who needs an easy-to-prepare crab dip or spread, fast.
- 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
- 1 package (6 to 10 ounces) Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon horseradish mustard
- chopped parsley (garnish)
- assorted chips, crackers or raw vegetables
Remove any shell or cartilage from the crab meat.
Combine the crab meat, salad dressing mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and horseradish mustard. Chill if desired.
Garnish with parsley. Serve with crackers, chips or vegetables.
Makes approximately 3 cups.
