Crab Pot Inn Crab Bisque
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup diced onion
- ½ cup diced celery
- 1 pound fresh jumbo lump crab meat
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
- ¼ pound cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ pound diced fresh shrimp
- ¼ pound fresh chopped mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1½ cups milk
- ½ cup sherry
Melt butter and saute ½ cup diced onion and ½ cup diced celery in skillet. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until steaming.
Serves 6 to 8.
